Return & Exchange Policy

At True Theory, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are printed and fulfilled on demand, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size,wrong color, or change of mind.

Please review the size chart, product details, color selection, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photo proof of the damage, defect, or printing error

You do not need to mail the damaged item back to us.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If your damaged, defective, or misprinted item claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
